Multi-disciplinary Quality Review Specialist Teams conduct all DJS Quality Improvement Reviews. The Quality Review Specialists are DJS subject-matter experts in each of the Best Practice Standard areas with full-time responsibility for quality improvement, led by the Director of Quality Improvement.
The Quality Improvement Reviewers may be assisted by DJS Facility Superintendents or Assistant Superintendents (from other than the facility under review) who offer expertise as Quality Improvement Peer Reviewers.
