Practice the Following:
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or hand sanitizer.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, preferably with a tissue.
- Dispose of all potentially infectious material appropriately.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Practice other good health habits.
- Get a Flu Vaccine every year!
Signs and Symptoms to Watch For:
- Fever, usually high.
- Headache in combination with other symptoms.
- Extreme tiredness.
- Cough.
- Sore throat.
- Muscle Aches.
- Chills.
- Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Remember, good hand-washing and regular good hygiene
is an excellent way to prevent the spread of disease!
